  20. I like the fact that NI2 can dither, and I haven't noticed any longer wait for 
  21. windows to open. It's my choice that I prefer most of the NewIcons from Roger 
  22. Covey(?), but I have to change all the Magic Icons to NewIcons or they look trash.
  23. I'm using MagicSelector to choose from over 400 backdrops, each with it's own 
  24. 8 or 16 color palette. NewIcons always look fine. At worst they are bland (gray). 
  25. MWB icons look terrible, until I change them to NIs, using the MWB palette, most 
  26. of the time. As NIs they just always look bland ;)

  34. I'm using NI on my 030/25 16 colors. I never noticed a slowdown. Someone with an 
  35. AGA machine though, with 16 colors moaned. I suggested the system is wasting time 
  36. looking to match the palettes. He said it flew in 256 color mode. Because the OS 
  37. can create the palette as it draws the icons.
